[7.502]Really Strange AD issue

Hi All

I am facing a really strange issue.I have AD enabled and I am able to browse the web by setting the Proxy on the browser. However, I have both chrome and ie.

I am able to browse via chrome (chromes uses ie's proxy ) but when I am trying to browse via ie I am getting the following error: (picture attached)

2010:02:14-12:19:56 stuffman httpproxy[8040]: [0xa8d35f68] adir_auth_process_negotiate (auth_adir.c:311) gss_accept_sec_context: An unsupported mechanism was requestedNo error

When logging to a different host I am able to browse via ie with no issues (All ie settings are pushed via GPO to user level)
