I will start a new thread seeing the last one didn't get much in the way of positive response.
A user who is time managed can still download streaming media.
The site is blocked in the default profile, at stagevu.com level.
The user is not in the allowed http proxy networks group (bug)
The user has no active http profiles or packet filters when streaming continues.
Allow streaming to bypass the proxy is not enabled, most streaming seems to work regardless of this setting.
The users time expired at 0159.
