Can't block a certain website.

Hello,
   I'm trying to block a certain website from being accessed.  The site is shegame.com.
   Here's what I've done:
1.  Added to block list
2.  Packet filter to drop connection to it

Even after that, everyone can still connect to it.   This is the first site I've come across that the blocklist or packfilter don't block.   

Any suggestions?

    If you are using the HTTP/S Proxy, your packet filter rule will have no effect.  Look at the "HTTP Access" live log while you are accessing the site.  What do you see that is unexpected?  Please show pics of your 'Global' and 'URL Filter' tabs.

    Hi Bob,
       When I look at the log, I expect to see action="block" for that website.  For some reason, only that certain site in the block list won't get blocked.  All the other sites listed in the block list are blocked perfectly.    

       The operation mode is "Standard" and the users are all directed through the proxy.  

    For some reason, this site can't be blocked [:)]

    weird... I checked and it worked fine in my http block list: 
    While trying to retrieve the URL: http://shegame.com/ 

    The content is blocked due to the following condition: The URL you have requested is blocked by a blacklist. If you think this is wrong, please contact your administrator


    Did you check for temporary internet files? Any kind of cache? Doublechecked the spelling?

    Hi,
    Check whether the site is added as an exception in the Web Security > HTTP/S > Exceptions tab 

    coz if mentioned here it will over ride ur packet filtering rules n also the proxy.
