When accessing a 3rd party Sharepoint site and attempting to perform a query the user gets a timeout. while the site is listed in the skip transparent mode hosts/nets
Your prolem could come from several things, so a few questions...
Version of Astaro? HTTP/S Proxy running in a Transparent mode or ??? Depending on those answers we might want to know what you see in the Packet Filter, IPS and/or Content Filter logs.
