http port 3306 blocked

hi guys

Am currently configuring a document management system for my organisational which is an open source system running on mysql server and jsdk, the problem is ASG keeps blocking http port 3306 when i try to run mysql on the network. how can i put an exception on Astaro to allow mysql to be run and have tcp port 3306 not blocked

Do you mean TCP port 3306 (MySQL)???

So, the MySQL server is in a different network? But you made the firewall rule, right?

You mean you already have defined a packet filter rule which allows this port, but ASG still blocks it?

Please post the packerfilter logfile here and your packetfilter rules.

i have not created any rules because am not sure how to create one i had one earlier which still blocked content so am stuck , also by default is there any other application that uses TCP port 3306 other than mysql
