Crazy web proxy

I am using webproxy to block all URLs, when i try to allow www.stepsad.com the following messages appears: 

HTTP/1.1 502 OK Date: Wed, 04 Nov 2009 06:24:03 GMT Cache-Control: no-cache Pragma: no-cache Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Length: 2185 Accept-Ranges: none Proxy-Connection: close

note: from some PCs the website works and on some  PCs sometime work some time not work also on some PCs not work at all. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw 

what is the problem plz.

    10.5.3 502 Bad Gateway

    The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from the upstream server it accessed in attempting to fulfill the request. 

    My 502's look like this:

    2009:10:12-10:49:42 network name here httpproxy[26397]: id="0002" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="web request blocked" action="block" method="GET" srcip="IP goes here" user="user goes here" statuscode="502" cached="0" profile="info goes here" filteraction="filter that blocked it name goes here" size="2249" time="64368 ms" request="0xb1822188" url="api.facebook.com/.../client_restserver.php

    I used Splunk to pull this up and find a 502 in just seconds. : )

    If I am not mistaken...this seems to be the issue. If I am wrong, one of the other will say so and help fix you up.
