Strange blocking in HTTP proxy

Hi,
my wife is trying to view a video on her PC, nothing happens so I copied the web page onto my PC and tried to connect. The error messages below are extracted from the http live log.
I don't have that category blocked in the proxy filters. The only thing I can see is that the site takes approx 35 sec to respond. I tried to download the file which went well up to the save to PC and then there wasn't a file to save, unknown directory.

  • This is one of those weird blocking issues i have reported from time to time.  Never had this issue until the new proxy went into place.  Have you tried whitlisting and putting the site into the content filter area?  If that doesn't work you'll have to disable the proxy for that site to work..it will work itself out eventually IME.
