Odd traffic in my httpd log

Howdy:

Not sure what to make of this, I was looking for something else and stumbled on to these lines within my httpd log. 

/var/log/httpd.log:2009:10:23-07:55:28 happyland httpd: 127.0.0.1 - - [23/Oct/2009:07:55:28 -0400] "GET /" 403 -

Seems to happen for a minute or so, two or three times a day. 

Any ideas?

    I´ve seen this on several (dozends) of ASGs (also before 7.5), none of them having a problem in accessing Webadmin, so although I think it´s odd (and not "normal"), it seems not to be a problem or so.
