7.501 Web Filtering/AV not working?

Ok, I've got the http proxy enabled with allowed networks set to internal. Operation mode is transparent.
AV scanning is on, (dual or single, makes no difference)
I started with Allow content that doesnt match, then ticked some of the boxes. 
For example, I ticked the box for nudity, then visited playboy.com and it wasn't blocked.
Then i visited eicar.com and downloaded the test virus file, and was able to get it successfully.

Does it seem that something isn't working properly, or is there another setting somewhere that I need to enable to make filtering/AV work?

This is a new install for a home setting. I really don't need to turn any of this on, just playing around. Mostly trying to figure out why my downloads are so slow with the proxy on.

    Hi,
    what packet filter rules do you have in operation?

    The proxy will allways be slow if you have scanning enabled because the ASG doesn't pass it through until the download has been scanned.

    Only 2. 1 letting all traffic out and one letting traffic from VIOP in.

    Traffic is slow with AV scanning on or off when the proxy is enabled. But not just a little slow... I'm getting 26mbits down with it off and 10 with it on when looking at the TWC speedtest.
    But I am thinking that somehow AV and web filtering isn't even working. 
    I mean, surely the AV should block the eicar test virus? And surely playboy.com is categorized as a site to be blocked by the web filter?

    Hi, the speedtests won't be accurate with the proxy... Try just downloading a large file and timing it manually.

    Playboy should be blocked IF you have nudity/p o r n  set to blocked.
