Big problem - Big HTTP cache

Ever since upgrading to 7.5, we are having big problem with the HTTP Proxy Cache.
Slowly but surely its growing to monster size of about 30 GB.
At this point all HTTP connection stop working (Ping to web sits still working).
Clearing the cache (takes about 5 minutes) bring every thing back to normal.
I have to say I'm having about 550 home user, which obviously put allot of pressure on my machine, but it's Dell 1900 sever with 4 GB ram and raid  10 disks, and so far I didn't experience this problem. 
Has any of you - specially  heavy users - experience this?

    Yes, but I have to say it was quite disappointing:

    "As you can see on the added disk_usage_weekly.png, the issue not occur today"

    Of course - the HTTP was off.
    The guy turn it on for two hours (during the time we are hardly having any traffic, and came to a conclusion that every thing is OK...[:@]
