Rdns/helo

hi guy,
Am having a problem with an email address which am able to send mail to but they cant reply the mail because my ASG is blocking the email reason being RDNS/HELO. 

What should i do to allow this sender to be sending mail and at the same i dont want to risk allowing spam through adding an exception for this address.
kindly advice

    Acutally there's not much YOU can do (except if you create an exction for this addess/domain).

    This normally occurs if sender hasn't configured his system correctly.
    HELO: should be HELO senderdomin (eg HELO microsoft.com)
    RDNS: For the IP of the senders server must exist a reverse DNS-Entry (in-addr.arpa)

    At the SMTP-Log (Mail Manager) you should why the message is rejected (HELO or RDNS).
