Can't activate Windows 7 RTM

Astaro 7.5...
I have imported the HTTPS Certificate into Windows 7.
This allowed Windows 7 to update, but "Activation" still fails with Error 0xC004B011 which is a 'clock time' error.
The clock time is correct and I have seen this error everytime I forgot to import the certificate.
Is there an issue with the certificate and Windows 7?

Did you also import the cert with mmc?

Yes, that is what allowed Win7 to update.
