Http proxy not running

I'm evaluating an Astaro unit, it is an asg 120. Yesterday I have replaced my previous firewall with the astaro. In the last 12 hours, I have received 3 emails with this alert:

Http proxy not running - restarted -- System Uptime      : 0 days 19 hours 43 minutes System Load        : 0.10 System Version     : Astaro Security Gateway Appliance 7.500 Please refer to the manual for detailed instructions. 

What is the cause of this issue? How can I solve the problem?

    Did this restart cause any problems?  There was a complaint during the beta period that the restart would interrupt a download.

    Hello Bob, yes the restart caused a lot of problems. In our office there was nobody, so people didn't experienced any issue in web surfing, but I have an installation of Hostmonitor: this software makes a lot of tests, some of these are "Http tests". When the service didn't run, all the http tests failed. 

    So, is there a way to fix this issue?
