URL to not appear in web stats

Morning

Is it possible to have a certain website not appear in the usage stats in Web Security?

Basically the support team in the office use logmein @ logmein.com and it is blurring the stats.

I know I can export to excel and omit there but I would rather not.

    Can others please comment on the use of logmein?  To me, it seems like an unacceptable security hole that should be plugged, but I admit that I'm not familiar with this application.

    Irrelevant of the actual destination URL, is it actually possible to omit?

    Logmein is an application just like GoToMyPC/WebEx.... that allows secure remote administration of computers through the use of lightweight web clients. They offer a free version so anyone can install the clients and connect. It's great if you're the IT guy in the family and want to connect to mom's home pc to troubleshoot problems from miles away. 

    Like any remote administration tool, it has it's pros and cons, and IT Admins should be handle with care in a business environment. 

    End users should never have access to this site as it will punch a hole in your firewall and allow unmonitored file transfers to and from a remote pc.

    That's kinda where I was coming from - like letting the entire world inside your firewall.  The better approach in a business is to use one of the Astaro Remote Access VPNs.

    If i remember well, if the program found the port 2002 open to outside, don't use the 80 or 443, just try watching the live logs, we have had the same problem whit team viewer and solved opening the port 5938
