Site still being blocked after being excepted

Hi,

Trying to access http://www.walkintheword.com/ and ASG blocks it, log as follows:

2009:08:06-06:37:02 Astaro httpproxy[16928]: id="0002" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="web request blocked" action="block" method="GET" srcip="192.168.10.2" user="" statuscode="502" cached="0" profile="REF_DefaultHTTPProfile (Default Proxy)" filteraction="REF_DefaultHTTPCFFAction (Default content filter action)" size="2150" time="161 ms" request="0xb20f2e88" url="www.walkintheword.com/.../Ideology"

I added the URL to the always allow list, and also created an exception for it with all options excepted. Still getting the block. Also rebooted the firewall. Any ideas why it's still being blocked? I also deselected Religion/Ideology from the definitions list, but still no luck.

Help?

Hi there,

Can you give me some more information:

1. Are you using proxy profiles?
2. Have you tried to deselect the "Religion/Ideology" category to see if that makes a difference.

You don't have to reboot, try clearing your browser cache. Also when you add something to the always allow list, just add url like google.com instead of http:// www. google. com etc.

No proxy profiles

Yesterday:
Tried to deselect Religion/Ideology, no different
Tried clearing browser cache, no go
Tried IE instead, same thing
Saw cache on the ASG and thought about clearing it, but decided to reboot the box instead (still no go)

I tried again just now, and it works! Odd...But I'm cool with that! haha. Else I'd have taken the screenshots.
