report sites where?

If you have found a site that is not classified or mis classified and you wish to perform some manual operations, you can do this from TrustedSource - Internet reputation system which will allow you to do so as a "ticket" that will keep you informed along the way (normally just 2-4 hours maximum).

If you have trouble using the site or need some more help, just let us know!

i just want the content filter people to add sites to be blocked in the **** category since they are not blocking sites that should be blocked if you have **** selected to block. they let them through, some anyhow.

Go the the URL Angelo posted and submit the sites you want blocked.  They will review the sites classification and change it if needed.

In the meantime you can manually block the sites in the HTTP Proxy.
