I noticed today that my clients are unable to browse any websites. When I view the logs it states that unable to start scanner. A quick check of the logs indicates that the AV scanner failed to start and thus wont allow any scanning. I've tried disabling the AV scanner and browsing returns to normal.
When enabling the AV scanner the following log entries are made:

Any ideas on how to correct or fix the broken scanner issue?
