how can I block video and voice streaming?

Hello,
I need to block any kind of video or voice streaming.
I am running asg7.4.03 as web gateway only (behind another firewall)
I tryed by blocking file extension but nothing happen.
I tryed by mark the content server category but the pages looks not good.

I have asg6.314 (behind another firewall as well) that block the video and voice streaming but i can't find the where it configured to block it.
