'Host not found' when trying to access local Intranet Server

Hi,

I am still trying to find my feet with my new Astaro so my apologies for what might be a noob question!

So far things have been going well, I have managed to restrict access at specific times and to sites etc.

However when a user tries to browse to our internal Crystal Reports server it comes up with 'Host not found'.  If I replace the server name with the IP address it works!

Looking at the live log I know the URL is categorised as 'uncategorised' - which I have blocked.  I ideally do not want to remove this.

I assume I have missed something but I cannot figure out what.

Any help most welcome.

    Hi,

    Just thought I would reply saying I found the reason and have resolved it.  I added the local servers to the proxy exceptions within my GP and this resolved it.

    Before I did it I think it was trying to go through the ASG to connect to local servers, hence the error.
