Streaming media blocked for no reason?

Hi, I'm having another problem with streaming content on websites.

I included the log of the http/s filter.

What does
error="Transport endpoint is not connected"

mean?

Here's the log of www.rtl.de and the video on the first page won't load.

2009:05:12-15:17:15 ***hostname*** httpproxy[27409]: id="0002" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="web request blocked" action="block" method="POST" srcip="***users_ip***" user="" statuscode="502" cached="0" profile="REF_DefaultHTTPProfile (Default Proxy)" filteraction="REF_DefaultHTTPCFFAction (Default content filter action)" size="2203" time="66 ms" request="0xb2621360" url="217.118.170.228/.../1" exceptions="" error="Transport endpoint is not connected" category="147,177" categoryname="Streaming Media,Content Server"

Any ideas?

  • Are you still having this problem?  I don't see any problem through our Astaro.  Have you tried rebooting your Astaro?

  • i just noticed it today.... I'll be working on my astaro tonight and it'll be rebooted then. I'll let you know.

    The previous problem was solved by the update though. This one is new.
  • whatever... updated to 7.402 from 7.401, rebooted twice and it works again. Weird. Thanks anyway.
  • and it's back again..... I didn't change anything. It worked yesterday. Now in the morning the problem is back again... what am I missing here?!

  • Since it's the same website, my guess is that it has a problem.

  • Oh, ok sorry. I got you wrong there.

    Well I do... try www.rtl.de and hit the play button on the video on the first page in the middle. It loads fine at home without astaro. But behind it, it won't load....
