Issues with 2 sites thru proxy

Hi all,

Hope someone can help with this.

I have a ASG 320 version 7.305
Have proxy services and Single Scan Anti-Virus (Max. 50 MB's) turned on.

When by-passing Astaro, both of these sites show completely fine.

First site is www.247callcapture.com - This site will come up just fine, but none of the pictures or videos will show up. I'm told the users of this site need to click on the pictures or it does them no good. Not sure why this isn't working and - while I'm not a web designer - the source code of this site is something I've never seen before.

2nd site is Environmental Data Resources Inc. - Home - This site comes up and is usable, but is incredibly slow - 3 - 5 minutes to bring up a 2 page pdf document. By-passing Astaro has them up in about 5 seconds. Unfortunately this site requires a password which I'm unable to provide.  

Both of the sites are placed in the transparent mode skiplist. (Web Security - HTTP - Advanced) which I thought was effectively the same thing as not proxying them at all. 

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Rather than the skiplist, try creating an exception for antivirus for these two sites.  The AV is often the cause of time-outs.  Let us know if that doesn't work.

    PS I had no such problems with those sites.  V7.401 with no exceptions for them.

    Thanks for the quick reply. That helped and fixed the www.247calcapture.com site. I still am having issues with the Environmental Data Resources Inc. - Home site. I'm seeing the same slowness and I'm getting javascript errors.

    Maybe there are other things you could suggest?

    Add all of the exceptions, then start eliminating them one at a time until you find the other one we need.  Then, please post the result of your efforts for the rest of us.

    PS You might try file extensions first as .jse may well be included.

    Thanks - I've added the extensions as per your suggestion and I'm sorry to report I have no change. I'm still experiencing the slowness and the JS errors.

    One thing I did discover. The only difference I see in PCAP traces when by-passing the proxy as apposed to running thru the proxy is the ACK back from the erdnet site. When by-passing the proxy, the ACK shows up as erdnet.us (204.60.151.10) and obviously is shows up as the proxy address when going thru it.

    I attempted to place that IP into the Exception list and it made no change.

    Any chance there are other things I could try?
