I had to make an expection for torrent on the allowed protocols list of
IM/P2P
- Peer to Peer
altough the system where it's relevant were already on the exception list. Is this the intended behaviour? Shouldn't these systems be granted everything regardless of any other settings?

Hey everybody,
does anyone have trouble download .torrent files? I've been experiencing this problem for a couple of days now. I'm unsure as to when exactly it started (maybe with the 7.400 upgrade).
I have some content filter rules set up, but my own network is excluded from all of these rules and therefore shouldn't be filtered except for viruses.
I'm always getting the error:
Content blocked
Connection to server timed out

I've tried a couple of things.
- I'm using a parent proxy, but nothing changes when I disable it.
- Putting a system on the transparent proxy exclusion list work only in very few cases.
- I've added the site to the exclusion list.
But when I try to download the torrents on my cell phone (and therefore with another provider) it works instantly.
I don't have any more ideas. I doubt my provider (T-Online) is blocking anything.
Very strange: It seems I'm having this problem with all torrent pages I've tried so far.
