Web use Duration

Is the web use Duration accurate?

I have a client that wants to clamp down on Facebook.  I have them setup with SSO and I look at the Reporting | Web Security I am seeing a large difference in usage from 2mins to 8.5hrs.  Is that just saying that the Facebook site has been open all day on their PC or does that mean that is active browsing?

    Just open.  Check the volume for indications of active browsing.
