Proxy problems when 7.305

Hi, i have problems with the software ASG7 7.305, i have a transparent proxy, no user, no por 8080, only machine to configure with gateway and dns for astaro, if working fine but the update version 7.305, (i think) i not have internet of work station, i check the log of astaro in admin web page, but see nothing. i try to another different of mode proxy, but the same error, i not have internet ( the page can be not be displayed). when i change the ip External for another, wala i have a internet immediately; but 2 hour ago, i have the same problems only fix to change the external ip again, what's can be hapend? 


ha... i have a conection ADSL of external lan, and internal lan astaro is a dhcp server too. for 4 machine on test

    When this happens, can you ping external sites from WebAdmin 'Support >> Tools'?  If you can't ping them, can you get DNS resolution ('DNS Lookup' tab)?

    What do you mean that you change the external IP?

    yes, i can ping for external sites, IP external and can admin from external site to astaro admin.

    i mean change ip adress for external NIC card Example (10.0.1.2 for another in the same range), i have a external card connect to ADsl router and internal Lan, when i change this ip the problems fix, but 1 hour or 2, i have the same problems

    (2) Is your External Interface defined with a 10.0.1.x address?

    (3) Have you bridged the Internal and External Interfaces?

    don't worry, i explain you step by step

    1- i have a astaro software installed in a pc. 
    2- this pc have two nic external and internal.
    3- i configured astaro in external adsl internet and internal lan for workstation internal is too DHCP for machine
    4- it's working fine with version 7.250 but when upgrade to version 305, is the only change i make to astaro. the internet not working (proxy) for the pc in the lan. i check all setting and all policy is fine, only see when i change the ip adress of external for another in the same range ip, the internet come back and the problems fix, later 1 o 2 hour the same problems, and fix again the same solution. what's do you think what's happend?

    7.250 was a beta version of 7.3. Can you find a backup from 7.200, -01 or -02?

    not i have a backup of version 250, do you suggest me to intall again with version 7.200 to upgrade a this version 305? is not clear what do you said me, sorry.

    No.  Not back to 7.2.  Have you a version of backup that was not beta?

    sorry not have a iso the version 7.2 where i can donwload? only have a 7.250 and 7.3. but do you think the problems is the version?
