Download saves only the notify.net.html

Try an experiment.  I assume that you are using the HTTP Proxy in Transparent Mode.  For the URL of the file you are trying to download, put the domain into the 'Transparent mode skiplist' on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Web Security >> HTTP'.  Now see if the download works correctly and tell us if it works.

Sorry but I can not enter all the URLs where I make downloads.
In V6 we did not work in transparent mode and now with V7 we work in transparent mode.
The two ways had/have the same problems. 

But I think the problem came not from the transparent or not transparent mode.
It must be another problem.

Please try the suggested experiment.  It should indicate the solution.

I made the test.
That works, but now I think, the downlaod is not checked with the firewall.
Is this right? 
And if yes, doe I need to configure all "probably needed" URLs in the system?

You said your "big" file was "2,4kb" - I assume you meant "MB" instead.  I guess that the problem is related to the time used for virus-scan.  To confirm that, the next test is to take the domain out of the 'Transparent mode skiplist' and change the value in 'Max scanning size' ('Anti-Virus' tab) to "2".  If the file then downloads correctly, we will know the problem is related to the AV.  When you're finished with the test, be sure to put the value back to 10 or some other number 50 or less.

If you are absolutely certain the file is not infected, and the test above showed that the problem is related to the AV, my guess is that the sender times out waiting for the Astaro AV check, and that this is a hardware issue.  Maybe it's not a misbehaving NIC, maybe it's the MTU setting in the Astaro interface definition.

I made the test and the downloads worked fine.
I put the configuration back to the original value.

The file downloaded is 2.4KB. But this is only the notify.htlm file, not the needed file.
We made now a change and have a transparent ftp Proxy and will try to download the files whenever possible by ftp.

so for me the problem is resolved.
