http proxy is restarting every few hours (7.305 and 7.2)

After upgrading from 7.2 to 7.305 I hoped the problem with daily restarts of the httpproxy was solved. But it wasn't as the proxy restarts now almost every hour.

I suspect the up2date process as in the Dashboard "Anti-Spyware is active" is showen were we haven't licensed any content filter and I cannot disable that entry.

Do you know any fix to solve the restart problem?
