User Authentication

Description: My Astaro users are unable authenticate from active directory. System was added to my active directory but it will not allow AD user to connect using web proxy.It actually came?s up with the prompt for user name and password but when they type in their logon credentials it say user name not found
Please can you assist as have following the instructions on the documentation but doesn?t seems to came right.
