How to suggest recategorization of URLs?

The place where I work uses Astaro Gateway Surf Protection. This is all perfectly OK but it blocks websites that are categorized incorrectly (e.g. Netvouz, a tag-based online bookmarking service, is categorized as ****ography even though it has nothing to do with that). As a researcher I need an efficient way to be able to organize and access bookmarked websites (while being at different places). Anyway, I can elaborate this more if need be but the real issue is something else:
Our computer department is extremely uncooperative and unwilling to help. Even though AFAIK Astaro Gateway (Surf Protection) has a whitelist for such cases, our computer department just claims that they cannot do anything about it because which URLs are blocked would soley be determined by Astaro. They told me that Astaro would have to recategorize the URLs for them to be "unblocked" and they would be too busy to contact Astaro themselves.

Therefore, my question: Is there a way to submit a recategorization request/suggestion to Astaro along with a detailed explanation about why the URLs is incorrectly categorized?

    There is indeed an easy way to request reclassification. Since asg 7.302 (youd have to ask them what version they are on, no way to tell from the client point), we've used the Secure Computing Database, which you can easily suggest your own changes from for incorrectly classified urls at TrustedSource - Internet reputation system  This is quite easy to do, and you can even make an account for free, so they can email you in a matter of 1-4 hours when the request has been accepted or rejected, or they have suggested a different category.
