MSN Portfolio problem

I had been using Winproxy as a proxy server on my home network without problems but after installing the Astaro V7.3 software I am unable to login to my portfolio on msn.moneycentral.com. 

All pages work fine until I access the portfolio that I have and then I get a waring box "You are no longer signed in to your portfolio manager. Click Ok to sign in".  If I click "Ok" the page just refreshes and the warning box is redisplayed.

I have listed these sites as "Exceptions" in Web Security - HTTP

*.passport.com
http://*.msn.com 

Anyone have any ideas?

    MSN Portfolio problem solved.

    Apparantly some of the software for the money tool box was damaged. I removed and reinstalled the components per the support rep and now it works. I don't know for sure what damaged it but being that everything worked minutes before switching to Astaro, I'm not sure what to think. Anyway here is the support info in case anyone else has this problem.

    A big thanks to Bob for his help. I really love the Astaro software!!!

    Remove MSN Money Investing components 

    To remove the MSN Money Investing ActiveX components, follow these steps: 

    1. Close your Internet browser. 
     
    2. Remove the MSN Money Investment Toolbox. To do this in Windows Vista, open the Programs and Features item in Control Panel. To do this, click Start, type appwiz.cpl in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER. 

    To remove the MSN Money Investment Toolbox from Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl , and then click OK. 
     
    3. In the list of installed programs, click MSN Money Investment Toolbox. 
     
    4. Click Change/Remove to remove the controls. 
     

    To remove additional components, follow these steps: 

    1. Open the Internet Options item in Control Panel. To do this in Windows Vista, click Start , type inetcpl.cpl in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER. 

    If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue. 

    To open the Internet Options item in Control Panel in Windows XP and earlier versions, click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl , and then click OK. 
     
    2. On the General tab, click Settings in the Browsing History area in Windows Vista or in the Temporary Internet files area in Windows XP. 
     
    3. Click View Objects. 
     
    4. Right-click any MSN Money Investing Components that are listed, and then click Remove. 

    Click Yes when you receive the following message: 

    MSN component will be removed permanently. Are you sure? 

    In this message, MSN component may be under any one of the following names: 

    • MSN Money Portfolio 
     
    • MSN Money Charting 
     
    • MSN Money QuickList 
     
    • ChrtCtl Class 
     
    • FndrCtl Class 
     
    • QlistCtl Class 
     
    • PortImport Class 
     
    • MS Investor Portfolio 
     
    • OFX Parser (16b TLB) Class: This enables importing of Brokerage OFX files. 
     
    • QEngine Class: This enables importing of Quicken investment accounts. 
     
    • MSN Money Ticker: This is the control for the scrolling ticker. 
     
    • MS Investor Ticker: This is an earlier version of the scrolling ticker. 
     

    Note Some items will be listed with a status of "Unknown" or as "Damaged" after you run the Uninstall tool. Also, if you see more than one file listed with the same name, update the file list by pressing F5, and if another file is still listed, remove it. Repeat as needed. If you find other controls that are listed as damaged, you may want to remove them. 
     
    5. 
     Close the Downloaded Program Files window and any other windows that are open. 

     

    After this procedure has been done, see if you are able to see the Portfolio Essentials.
     

    Reinstall the MSN Money Investing components 

    1. In Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or a later version, visit the following MSN Web site: 

    http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/controls/setup.asp 
     
    2. Click Deluxe Portfolio Manager. 
     
    3. The installation starts automatically. If you are prompted to install the program, click Yes. 
     
    4. When the chart with red bars appears, click I See The Chart.
