the problem: if a user begins to download a lot of material from internet using http proxy the other user are penalized. is possible activate a qos or limit the download speed?

If I understand correctly, you should be able to solve your problem simply.  Go to Network>>Quality of Service (QoS) and activate QoS for your External interface.  The coordinating of traffic into your site is done automatically by the Astaro using Stochastic Fairness Queueing (SFQ) and Random Early Detection (RED).

If that doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to define QoS Traffic Selectors and Bandwidth Pools for the Internal interface, but I've never tried that.

This KnowledgeBase article  (QoS for HTTP) seems to indicate that you can't set up QoS for HTTP if you have activated the HTTP Proxy.

In my experience, the only time people complained about slowness was when their Astaro was pegged at 100%.  The problem wasn't reasonable sharing of the bandwidth, the over-worked Astaro was the bottleneck.

It should download a Word document.  It works with Internet Explorer.  You can go to the Astaro KnowledgeBase and search for QoS for HTTP.
