Http Proxy Problem

Today when I open the IE , it shows a user authentication or password about HTTP Proxy prompt ,and I try to enter my administrator but failure. I haven't changed anything at all some time ago ,moreover Now I can't access this management from special addresss:192.168.11.253 . it will pop the windows again. How can I access the firewall management and resolve this problem ?

In IE add an exception for the astaro's IP address in the proxy settings. Then you will be able to access webadmin without the prompt.
