Are Proxy Exceptions global?

Hi all

Our Client starts to use Proxy Profiles. Before, he used only the Default Profile, and defined some exceptions.
I wondered if the "Exception" Tab in the HTTP-Menu is global, i.e. for all Profiles or will it just be used when the default Profile is used (no profile matches)?
This would mean I have to transfer all exceptions from the default profile to each HTTP Profile?!

    Hi, 
    there is an outstanding bug where an active profile overwrites the default profile.
    So if like me you have 3 profiles, allow all, default and time managed access, the allow all over writes the default.
    As a temporary fix I have created another profile as the default on the time managed profile.
