http proxy port change 8080 t0 80

How can we change port 8080 t0 just 80.

    I had a customer request this before; Astaro support said it's not supported, the proxy port must be a "high" port, pick one between 1024 and 32768.  We just ended up adjusted the GPO on their domain to redirect their IE installations to look at port 8080.
