HTTP Proxy - Comcast Problem..Grrrrr!

ASG 7.201

    All of my proxy enabled clients are being redirected to a generic Comcast activation website whenever they make a web request. I recently replaced my cable modem, prior to the modem replacement this was not a issue. Furthermore when I let my network clients bypass the proxy everything works fine. I'm not sure whether this is related but the string below keeps on appearing in the HTTP access live log whenever one of my clients issues a request to the proxy. HELP!!! Any ideas?

    From the log it appears the Astaro cannot contact the Content servers for the http proxy. Have you checked the dns settings on the astaro? Verify in Support > Tools if dns lookup is working on the astaro.

    Yes, there was a name resolution issue, which I corrected. Based on the new dump it seems like the FQDNs of the content servers are being resolved but the problem is still there. I'm still getting redirected to that Comcast page whenever I make the request through the proxy. It just seems like Comcast is doing something upstream that's preventing the proxy from establishing these sessions. What do you think?

    Was your original modem providing DNS resolution for the ASG, where as all the users get DNS through a port 53 packet filter rule?
