Web request could not be delivered due to an error

I'm seeing almost all web requests blocked with the HTTP proxy, content filter and anti-virus scan enabled.

"web request could not be delivered due to an error"

"connection to server timed out"

Categorization Failed"

As I understand it, with HTTP proxy and content filtering enabled if the ASG cannot connect to the Surf Control servers and correctly categorise the request then it is dropped.

In my particular circumstance and environment that isn't acceptable.

How can I disable the content filter? I have seen this suggested by Gert Hansen but on an ASG220 with 7.2 there doesn't appear to be any means of specifically enabling or disabling the content filter.

do you have the "allow uncategorized" sites box ticked?

Hi,

I have the option "Block access to uncategorized websites" unchecked, whcih I assume is what you mean?
