FTP Uploading

When i am trying to upload files from my Astaro Line
to any ftp server (using) WS_FTP or another ftp program
i cannot upload files (in binary mode), files like Images that are about 60Kbytes.

When i use the same dsl line directly without astaro i can do it! (through the same pc)

Is there any solution for this problem?

    Make sure the FTP Nat helper is activated in Astaro's web admin.

    Try disabling Passive mode in your FTP client.

    Check the IPS and PacketFilter live log in Astaro.

    Ok i have the uploading problem Fixed!
    now the problem is that it is doing timeouts with List downloading!

    Some logs from FTP client:

    [2008.06.13 11:07:18.671] 200 PORT command successful
    [2008.06.13 11:07:18.671] LIST
    [2008.06.13 11:07:18.718] 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for file list
    [2008.06.13 11:08:24.265] # transferred 4104 bytes in 65.547 seconds, 500.893 Bps ( 62.612 Bps), transfer failed.
    [2008.06.13 11:08:24.296] 226-Transfer complete
    [2008.06.13 11:08:24.406] 226 Quotas off

    With many of my sites!!!! (it has no more than 100 files on listing!)

    if i connect directly it is working realy fast! any suggestion?

    I have:
    FTP Helper: Enable
    FTP Proxy: Enabled
    Passive Mode: OFF!

    Any suggestions? 
    i have the same problem with my 5 Hosting Servers! (and the new one who has only 4 sites on a quad core system!)
    I have no connection problems!
    also the Internet Connection and the Hosting services are on same Provider.
    My speeds for upload/download are realy fast (but i have a problem with directory listing!)

    Any advice?
