QoS HTTP Proxy.

Is there a way I can limit users throughput on the HTTP Proxy?

I have tried to use QoS but not having any luck, all downloads seem to still come through at maximum speed.

What traffic selector should I use?

I have tried various combinations without luck.  Transparent proxy enabled.

    Hi.

    In QOS, Traffic Selector:  QOS Users →Any →Any , and Any→Any→QOS Users 
    and config : DSCP-Bits class: AF11 dscp (001010).

    ("QOS Users" - group which you can put in all of your users).

    In Bandwidth-Pools[:P]osition - relative high, Bandwidth (kbit/s):*** guarantied bandwidth , and the most important - Specify upper bandwidth limit: zzz maximum bandwidth.

    In this example, the group will have at least ***, but no more than zzz.
    Since the priority of this group is low - AF11 dscp (001010) - they will get zzz bandwidth only if possible.
