cannot download .pdf`s - only from lexmark!

we have some strange problem here. using http-proxy in transparent mode with ads-users. when surfing to the  url [URL="http://www.lexmark.de/uncomplicate/product/home/270/0,7044,1879_486963_1065815310_de_0_1,00.html"]www.lexmark.de/.../0,7044,1879_486963_1065815310_de_0_1,00.html

and trying to download the document "Produktbroschüre" i get the error 
While trying to retrieve the URL: ftp://ftp.lexmark-europe.com/brochures/de/products/laser/datenblatt_c780_c782.pdf  
Error message: (Not Found) 
the url is ok, i bypassed the proxy and could download the document.

it makes no difference, if i enable/disable the ftp-proxy or put FTP in the "allowed target services" or even create a fw-rule to allow ftp.

whats going on here?

    Hi,

    Don't know if you're using ASG v7.x, but there's a known problem with ASG 7 and ftp-connections when using the ftp-proxy. Astaro knows about the problem an cannot fix it!


    Would be nice if you could send me the case id of your support request, and the email thread that gave you this answer, so i can check. [:)]
