HELP - HTTP proxy errors pegging CPU

Hi, urgent help required, I am getting the following in my HTTP logs and CPU keeps pegging:

2008:05:06-10:26:49 (none) httpd[1339]: [warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /PerlApp/wfe/asg/modules/asg_logfiles.pm line 806.

The httpproxy process is 90%+ when this is happening.

Any clues?
