Interface go down when enable Web Security

Hi all,

When I enable web security, any mode, the Internal interface is down. Disable web security, this interface go up [:S][:S][:S]

This interface is connect with Cisco Switch 3650 (layer3). I have change my cable, but the same issue.

Any suggestion?
