If I browse from my PC, the ASG blocks my ablility to download .exe files. If however I browse (still logged in as me) on a different PC (actually a VMWare machine) I CAN download .exe files:

The first two lines show me being allowed, seven seconds later on my other machine the last two lines show me being denied (as expected and configured within WebAdmin).
What's going on here?
