I recently bought a new Acer Aspire laptop which came with Windows Vista. I did not purchase Astaro Security and I don't know if it comes as a part of my operating system, but it is constantly popping up and blocking websites that I'm trying to access. I can't open any instant messaging or chat sites or download many things. I don't have any idea how to access a way to change the settings or turn it off. I am not too computer-stupid, but I am not computer savvy either. I can fiddle about and figure out most things, but this one has me beat. Can anyone give me any ideas of how to fix this so that I can enjoy my new computer? Please reply in plain English [:)]
