Astaro does not block Websites

Dear all,

just tried to block some special websites i have manually added under 

Web Security - HTTP - Content Filter

and it does not work.... tried it before with 7.101 and now I have 7.103 and with both versions, it is not working... I am using transparent proxy...

Pls help!!
