For those who use AD Authentication and force AD Account logons via the Webmin, you may experience some issues. After applying the 7.102 patch on Friday, I noticed that logins via the Webmin was impossible. Also, logging in with the webadmin account didn't work either. Looking into the issue with Astaro, the problem is relating to the AD Authentication module that was worked on in this release. The "so called update" to the authentication section is seeing the "." as a "_" or " ". So when trying to log on, it fails. Also, the webadmin account was removed from the Super Administrators group which doesn't allow you to use the web front end. SSH access still works so the usual aua stop / aua start doesn't work on this issue.
I've yet to see the impact of this break on the overall Http Proxy access but I would expect it to have an impact.
