Pandora access

This one is driving me nuts. I have everything setup to allowing streaming but www.pandora.com will not go through for the audio. This is what I see in the logs. I have another astaro box setup the same way and works fine. This user has full access through the http proxy.

    it works fine here.  turn off the proxy and see if it works then.  If it does you may have hit the http proxy bug or you may have a misconfiguration.

    I have gone over the config very carefully. Like I said I have 2 boxes and compared page by page. What bug are you talking about?

    I can confirm this is an issue with 7.104. When my users login to pandora.com everything loads and it appears to be playing but they get no sound. This was working in 7.101 so Astaro broke something with the update.

    Either you have the 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' option in Web Security -> HTTP -> Advanced switched off, or they are using a content type which Astaro doesn't recognize as streaming media.

    That's what I initially thought but streaming *used* to work with 7.101 and I know that personally I've got the bypass option turned on. Personally I don't care, but our CEO likes pandora....

    I had reported the issue with Astaro the day after I posted here. I have not heard anymore from them. We have found one interesting thing though. Firefox seems to be less of an issue than IE. Personally I hate IE and only use firefox unless a site only works with IE. So the customer that the support ticket was put in for is using firefox for that for the time being.

    I tested Pandora on 7.104 just this morning and it works fine for me...

    Yes - I have used the following:

    IE7, IE8 (Beta), Firefox, and Safari - all appears to be fine!
