If you are using the Proxy in Transparent mode, you will need to add a packet filter rule to allow HTTPS out from your internal network, along with a Masquerade NAT rule (if you don't have one already). If you're using the Proxy in Standard or SSO mode, make sure HTTPS is in the allowed protocol list in the Advanced tab. Also make sure your DNS is working properly if you are running in Transparent mode.
