Data disk full on ASG220

Hello, I'm getting data disk full on a 220 appliance also with 100% full processor and load=15.
I cleaned http cache with no success, then I've disabled http cache, but it still remains at the same state.
Then I go to the shell access, and I see that /var/storage/chroot-http/tmp have 8 files more than 700 Mb each. More than 5 Gb all of them. And this are recent (from today), with less than 2 hours between oldest and newest.
I don't know what to do.

  • Those files probably need to be deleted; however, given that you have a 220 appliance, you probably have support... why not contact them and see what they say?
