Allowing allow proxy traffic

Since I am having alot of issues with Frontpage, Hotmail, Slingbox etc.  I want to enable the web proxy because of the content filter, but I want it to perform like it does when the web proxy is disabled.

Conclusion.

Enable web proxy just for content filter, but allow all internet traffic to flow like it does when the proxy is disabled.

    Basically if you don't enable dual virus scanning or you omit virus scanning altogether you will get very good performance. The proxy can never be as fast as the packet filter because of all the checking it does.
