Repeated messages in HTTPD log

I've just heard my device's hard disk starting to rattle and checked the logs.

This block message is being repeated in the httpd log file continually  ..  nothing has changed on my side as far as I'm aware??

    Sure could be, when this is happening, are you seeing higher load averages, disk activity and/or CPU utilization?

    This is what started happening after 7.1 upgrade and then changing the webAdmin port to 4443......webAdmin worked for a short period but now fails on boot every time.  I still have SSH and Physical Console access though.  BTW, AT&T is actively blocking port 4444 on it's dsl lines in the Southeast US.  Now you have insight to my brain!  [:D]
