How to : authenticate users from Windows 200X sub domains

Hi,

I'm setting up an astaro box in a AD environment. I have a root (Windows 2003) and many sub domains.

Authentication on the root domain works pretty good but fails on sub domains.
I upgraded to 7.100 but no change at all.

Using either SSO (unable to rejoin the root domain since 7.100) or Basic user authentication

Content filter (http) logs show : NT_STATUS_NO_TRUST_SAM_ACCOUNT

Is there any error logged in /var/log/fallback.log when you're trying to rejoin the Domain? If you're still joined with the pre-7.100 join, this cannot work. So we should at first figure out why re-joining doesn't work.

Hi Sven,

Joining the domain works again since you told me to use an FQDN name for the Astaro.

What is the next step to get subdomains users authenticated.
